I'm Back, Baby!
Hello Blogging Community. I'm back blogging after several false starts. I have wanted to do this for a long time but have had life get in the way every time. Most recently, I was incarcerated in the Somerset County Jail for the better part of the last 18 months. Needless to say, I have lost touch with collecting and the blogging community in general. Coming back to the community, I have been overwhelmed by superbox breaks and ridiculous prices, even more so than when I left the community in 2013. Oh well. I'm looking for a new start. Let's start wheeling and dealing. I am still a die hard Pats fan. I watched them win the Super Bowl through my jail cell window. I followed Deflate-gate through the local newspaper. I feel tough as nails now. If I owe you cards, let me know and I will make sure you are taken care of. If you have Pats to trade away, help this fan get back into the community. I assure you I am not hard to deal with. And if you have any questions about jail, let me know. I'd be happy to answer.

Trouble All Around
I started this blog with good
intentions...entertainment, trading, making new acquaintances, etc...
Obviously, I haven't done well. A new job, a new house and new
responsibilities have gotten in my way. Now I am going to try again. At the time of my last posting, the worst thing that had happened to the Pats
was losing Wes Welker. But what a summer! A murderer cut, Tebow time,
Tebow out of time, a butterfingers rookie class and an extremely
angry Tom Brady. I must say, the Pats look terrible right now, but
hopefully Aaron Dobson will catch on soon, and hopefully Gronk can
get back to action. Tom Brady looks lost without tight ends.
In the meantime, here is a card I
bought that I wish I could return. Anyone collect cards of murderers?
I may have some O.J. Simpsons kicking around as well.

And we all thought we knew why
Then, Amendola
Wes Welker, thank you for your time in New England. Have fun kicking our butts in Denver.

Passing The Torch
I got this card in an online box break. It is from 2010 Topps Triple Threads. I watch videos of box breaks from cardsinfinity.com on a mostly daily basis. It's a fun way to see what new products look like and what I want to spend my own money on. It's hard to plunk down $100 or more for a box, so I was happy to see this Montana, Brady and Clausen #11/27 pop out. As a kid, I loved the 49ers, so the Montana relic is nice. Obviously I love this card for the Brady, and who could forget the legendary...
Jimmy Clausen?
Topps, I'm confused. A Hall of Famer, a surefire Hall of Famer, and a back-up to the 2011 #1 draft pick Cam Newton. A quarterback with a 3-9 career record. A cardboard misfit. Who knows, maybe someday Clausen will come into his own, but for now, I wish the card looked more like this:
Passi The To? I'll take these two any day.

No Love For Football?
Dear Blogging Community,
I'm a new blogger but a long time reader. Maybe I'm wrong, but there seems to be much more love for baseball than football out here. I wonder why this is. Are football fans too primal and unsophisticated to write decent literature? Do baseball games last so long that fans get bored and decide to blog? Regardless, I'd like to see a little more football around here. If you are a football fan with a collection to trade, shoot me an email. If you are a Patriots hater (and there are a lot of them), I'd be happy to take some cards off your hands. If you love the Pats, good for you. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy my blog.
Talk to you soon,
Craig
